A visual and sonic party that transports the audience to the multiple territorialities of Amazonia. As a DJ and researcher from Belém do Pará, a city at the brazilian Amaoznia, Natalia Figueredo leads a session that ranges from Peruvian jungle cumbia to tecnobrega, exploring soundscapes that resonate with the technological contemporaneity of the aparelhagens, the powerful sound systems popular in the urban centers of brazilian Amazonia.

The musical proposal is complemented by visuals from Altar Sonoro, an audiovisual initiative that brings to the stage the richness of everyday life in northern Brazil. The audience is invited to immerse themselves in the fusion of tradition and modernity, jungle and city, in a sonic journey that celebrates the diversity and creative strength of Amazonia’s territories.

Presented during the Night of Museums at the CCCB, the performance was part of Barcelona’s cultural program, offering an immersive and collective experience of music and image.
